Who books lessons from Logan Square

Logan Square students mostly look like this.

Logan Square has one of the densest concentrations of musicians and creative professionals in the city — people who already think in records and setlists. From here we see two kinds of students: players who want to get serious about jazz or songwriting, and adults restarting after years away from the instrument.

Lessons are private — one student, one teacher, 50 minutes per session. Pricing runs from a single lesson ($125) up to the Semester Pack ($1,600 for 16). The most common starting point is the 4-Lesson Pack at $450, four lessons over four to eight weeks to see if the fit’s right.

The easiest first step for piano is the $25 trial lesson — thirty minutes at the studio piano, no commitment. For voice, start with a free 15-minute intro call and we’ll figure out the right starting point together.

Common questions

Quick answers for Logan Square students.

Yes, adult beginners are the studio’s most common student. Lessons are built around the music you actually want to play from the first session, whether you’ve never touched a key or you’re coming back after years away.
