The studio runs on semesters: Fall and Spring (16 lessons each) and a flexible 8-lesson Summer. Enrolling in a semester reserves your regular weekly lesson time for the whole term — that slot is yours and no one else’s. Flex packs and single lessons are always available, booked lesson-by-lesson from open times, without a reserved slot.
$100 per lesson, enrolled. Billed $400 every 4 weeks starting from your first lesson, or $1,550 prepaid (save $50; bank transfer preferred at checkout). Your billing runs on your own 4-week cycle, so it always lines up with when you started.
Enroll anytime — there is no catching up to do. Your 4-week billing cycle simply begins on your first lesson date, and your weekly slot is reserved through the end of the term.
If it’s not working within your first four lessons, tell me and you owe nothing more — you keep only the first $400 payment (prepaid students are refunded $1,150). No hard feelings; finding the right teacher matters more than keeping a sale.
Lessons already taken are re-billed at the single-lesson rate ($125) and the remainder refunded (never below $0). Installment students: the current 4-week cycle is non-refundable; future cycles are canceled.
With 24+ hours notice, I’ll move your lesson if I have an opening that same week; if I don’t, the lesson is used. Under 24 hours or a no-show, the lesson is used. Sick? Tell me and stay home — illness is always handled, whatever the notice, and please never sing on a sore throat. Your weekly time is reserved for you all term and offered to no one else; that reservation is what the notice policy protects.
Each semester includes one published no-lesson week (announced by week 4) plus holiday closures shown on the semester calendar — these are already accounted for in the 16-lesson count; you’re never billed for a closure. If I cancel a lesson outside those dates, you choose another opening that week or a credit toward your next cycle.
Autopay via card on your billing date every 4 weeks (prepay by bank transfer or card). If a payment fails, we retry automatically; lessons pause after 10 days unpaid and your slot is released after 30.
Enrolled students (current or immediately adjacent semester) can add individual lessons anytime at their $100 rate, subject to studio availability — winter break, before an audition, whenever. Summer-only students qualify after enrolling in fall.
Before each semester ends, current students get a re-enrollment window during which their weekly slot is held. Fall→Spring: the window opens Dec 1 and your slot is held until Dec 20; commit in December and your first spring charge lands Jan 2. After the deadline, open times go to new students.
Fall runs Aug 24 – Dec 18, with final lessons the week of Dec 14–18. Winter break begins Dec 19, and the spring semester starts Jan 4 and runs to May 21.
Eight lessons used flexibly across the summer gap (roughly Jun 1 – Aug 21) around published blackout weeks — $800 for continuing students. No reserved slot in summer; your fall re-enrollment is what holds your time. Want more than 8? Add $100 credits.
Single lesson $125. Flex 4-Pack $450 ($112.50/lesson), credits valid one year, booked from open times. Flex credits are unaffected by enrolling — use them anytime.
50 minutes, one-on-one, in person at the Ukrainian Village studio or online via Zoom (your choice, week to week).
